1. What Debrief Desk is

Debrief Desk summarizes interview notes into a scorecard and an evidence summary memo. It is decision support only. Your hiring team makes the decision and is responsible for it. Debrief Desk doesn't interview, screen or rank candidates and gives no overall score.

2. Your responsibilities

• Review all results against the original notes before acting on them.
• Follow all employment laws that apply to you, including anti-discrimination laws.
• Don't base decisions on age, race, color, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, disability or health, accommodation, genetic information, national origin, citizenship, veteran status or salary history, or any other protected characteristic.
• Don't paste medical, disability or other protected information about candidates.
• You're responsible for any notices, audits or other steps your state or city requires when AI helps with hiring (for example New York City Local Law 144, Illinois law, and Colorado and California rules on automated decision tools). Don't use Debrief Desk for New York City roles until a bias audit is done.
• Only submit notes you have the right to share, and keep personal details to a minimum.

3. AI-generated content

Results are produced by AI and can be incomplete or wrong. Ratings, quotes and evidence summaries may contain errors. Quotes not found word-for-word in the notes are marked so you can check them.

4. Data retention

Interview notes and results are deleted after 30 days. See the Privacy page for details.

5. Plans and payment

1 debrief a month is free for each work email. $29 per hire covers debriefs for one role you're filling, for 30 days. The monthly plan: $99 a month, billed today and every month until you cancel. Cancel anytime online from the Manage plan page or by emailing info@roofusventures.com; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number.

Prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax is shown at checkout.

If Debrief Desk doesn't work for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

6. No warranty

Debrief Desk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for hiring decisions or outcomes based on its output.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
